Yes, I need some staff members. Not a mod, or admin or anything like that. I need a graphics maker (GFX) and an advertiser.
I need, 3 - Graphics 3 - Advertisers
If you are applying for a graphics staff, I need to see some good examples of what you can do. If they are on another site, that is fine.
If you want to be an advertiser, I need you to show me the sites you have advertised for, and where you can advertise. It must be good sites with a lot of members.
If you know anybody else who would like to have one of these jobs and is really good at it, they can join and apply.
I'll PM the new staff with more details when I choose them.

Sorry if I sound dumb and clueless but, what is a graphics maker? Why do you need one? I know what graphics are but I'm half asleep now, almost time for bed, so I can't be bothered to figure out what one is my self.

First, welcome to HMK! *throws confetti*
A graphics maker is a person who makes images for the site. Like banners, links banners, headers etc.
We need one, because
A) The banner at the top of the page was made by an online friend of mine, who made it out of generosity. I can't ask him to make more, because this isn't his site.
B) If we have some, I can ask them to make graphics whenever I want them, or when we need them. Also, they are a staff member, and lots of people want to have that "staff member" status.
But, we need advertisers more than anything. They bring the members to the site. I'm not that good of one as you can see.
